He was very professional and efficient, including being right on time for the appointment. He was very friendly and focused on my exam. He spent the time to answer all my questions clearly and concisely. Also, his office staff has always been top notch, particularly the billing staff who have been extremely helpful in working with my Medical Advantage plan.
